The Leathern Bottle offers traditional, home cooked pub food made from fresh ingredients, featuring both locally sourced meats and daily specials. Below are a few examples from our food menu to get your taste buds tingling!

A selection of freshly made sandwiches are available at lunchtime along side the dinner menu.
Dinner Menu
Starters
• Smoked salmon with salad, wholemeal bread and horseradish
• BBQ ribs
• Whitebait with Tartare sauce
• Chicken liver parfait with wholemeal toast
Main Courses
• Fillet, sirloin and rump steaks all served with chips, salad and peas
• Sliced home cooked ham, served with free range eggs and chips
• Roasted red pepper and spinach lasagne, with garlic bread and mixed leaf salad
• Poached smoked haddock, served on a bed of mashed potato with a cheese sauce, poached egg and peas
